On my trip back from a successful and energizing national Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices convention in Dallas, I once again reflected on what a great year we had in 2015 and how we’re gearing up for an even better year in 2016!
I’m excited and proud to report that our company, offices and agents were recognized for our outstanding 2015 achievements at the national convention. C. Dan Joyner, REALTORS was the #24 company in the entire Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network, a ranking we should ALL be proud of. And our Commercial office was the #5 top office among Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices commercial offices. Congratulations to Matt Carter and his entire team for an incredible year!
The N. Pleasantburg office achieved Roundtable status, coming in as the #2 office in the U.S. South region for offices with 76+ agents. Congrats to Fritzi Barbour and the entire N. Pleasantburg office for a great year!
And we had teams breaking the Top 100 rankings for all teams in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network:
The Chet & Beth Smith Group – #13 (Residential Units) and #27 (Total GCI)
Spaulding Group – #27 (Residential Units) and #75 (Total GCI)

As I mentioned during the Awards Gala last month, our 2015 achievements were plentiful and something we can be proud of:
- Our closed volume in 2015 was $874,000,000
- We closed 4,048 units…that’s 11 houses a day/365 days of the year or almost 1 house every 2 hours!
- Our Average Sales price was up to over $215,000
- Commissions paid to agents was up over $2.5 million
- Our market share was right at 15.6% with our closest competitor at 8.3%
I can’t say it enough, but I’m truly grateful for your commitment and hard work in carrying on my dad’s vision for this company. It’s because of ALL of you – your professionalism and integrity – that we remain the Upstate’s #1 real estate company. Let’s keep it going in 2016. THANK YOU!
