Kristy is a dedicated native of the upstate of South Carolina. She owned her own business as an independent contractor in Anderson and Greenville Counties for the last fourteen years. In 2004 when the housing market took a downward turn, she realized the potential for helping homeowners stay in their home, comfortably, while making updates until the market resurfaced. She continued working full time as a Social Worker at the Anderson County Alternative School, where she remains employed and has been since 1999.

After earning her Bachelor of Science degree from Presbyterian College in 1996, Kristy furthered her education by earning a Master of Arts Degree from Webster University in 2000. Also driven to continue her education, she started on her Academic Psychology PhD. She has earned 120 + hours and is considered All But Dissertation (ABD) at present.

Kristy was a multisport athlete in high school and was heavily recruited to play at the collegiate level. She chose Presbyterian College because of its rich history with her high school alma mater, Pickens High School. She earned a four-year scholarship for both volleyball and basketball where she learned how to be a team player and a leader that could motivate both on and off the court. She utilizes those skills to this day, as she pursues a career in real estate to help people realize their dreams of becoming a home owner. She believes nothing is impossible when you work hard and are driven toward achieving a goal. She is dedicated to serving others and is excited to earn your business and help homeowners and/or buyers achieve their housing goals.

Kristy currently resides in Greenville, SC while keeping her home, as a rental unit, in Anderson, SC. She is excited to be back in this beautiful area, as her family has remained in the greater Greenville region, so her ties are rich with history and knowledge of the area. She looks forward to earning your trust and is never too busy for any of your referrals.
