I began my real estate career in 1987. In 1993, Spaulding Company was established to handle the sales and marketing of Spaulding Farm. I was the Sales Manager of Spaulding Farm from 1990 until lot sales were completed in 1997.
In 1998, I became President, Partner and Broker-in-Charge of Spaulding Company. Spaulding Company evolved from an agency that originally marketed home sites and new homes into a full service real estate company. In March 2009, Spaulding Company merged with Prudential (now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices) and I became team leader of Spaulding Group at Prudential C. Dan Joyner.
Some of my areas of expertise include representing buyers and sellers, planning new subdivisions with developers, and new home sales. Over the past 25 years, my real estate career has included being the sales manager for some of Greenville’s finest subdivisions including Spaulding Farm, Stonebrook Farm, Cobblestone, KingsBridge, Hammett’s Glen, The Glens at Roper, The Oaks at Roper Mountain, Southampton, and Greywood at Hammett.
I have lived in Greenville for 40 years and truly love where I live. After all of these years, I am still passionate about each aspect of my business.
